I've been really good about cooking since I've been in Atlanta. That is until last weekend. I had an un-fun day and had to work Saturday morning so I decided to have chips and beer for dinner while I caught up on some tv shows and boy did I enjoy myself! But I will get back to healthier stuff soon. Like quiche, it's the best! Lots of protein, and whatever veggies and cheese I want (the second one pictured was the best with broccoli and feta). The cute empanada/calzones had kale, lentils and sweet potatoes and were great, though they took forever and a half to make. Check out my pinterest if you want these recipes.
