I made this delicious, delicious recipe twice last week because it was really that good. My mother and I agree that it's totally restaurant worthy, in fact it's better than most of the vegetarian food I get at restaurants. The recipe is from My Best Days Ever, it's a swiss chard and goat cheese tart with a currant pine nut relish. Drooling yet? Unfortunately some creature dug up my mom's garden which means no chard, so we used mustard greens the first time and kale the second, and being that currants are apparently illegal in the US, I used cranberries instead.
