I just looked back through some pictures and realized I forgot to post a few things from months ago, whoops! I don't know how to better keep track of what I post or not besides just to immediately do it so that everything is chronological. Anyways, this bouquet has blush peonies, white ranunculus, green lisianthus, lavender stock and roses (though they look a bit more fuchsia in my opinion,) blush roses, hellebores, and willow eucalyptus.

purple drank
Apparently strawberries + blackberries + yogurt = the purpliest smoothie of all time. I just had to document it.

rustic peach wedding
I hope we get the professional photos of this one soon, because it was so lovely! I draped seeded eucalyptus all around the barn, and the bride had the prettiest ribbon for the bouquets, all of which was extremely difficult for me to photograph in the dark barn. (The bride's bouquet includes stock, peach and sahara roses, wax flower, ranunculus, lisianthus, parrot tulips, seeded eucalyptus and dusty miller.)

roses
These roses were a strangely unidentifiable color, somewhere between lilac and pink. I don't remember the strain name, but if I were in charge they would be called Rococo.

Holiday
So I've had this entire week off and while I slacked on the blog posting, I've actually been up to a lot! I visited with an old friend, built shelves for a local art center, made some new necklaces, cleaned the house, and slept a whole lot- boy does it feel good. Having new things to look forward to in daily life is important, a new one for me will posting with I SPY ATL, a new site dedicated to local goodies and I will be contributing recipe posts! I already feel more inspired to make delicious and beautiful things for sharing. Here is my first post.
