I made this bouquet last week and I actually think it's quite lovely. While choosing all white flowers seems kind of a shame to me since there are so many amazing colors out there, it has a classic and romantic feel. The flowers are- dahlias, garden roses, hydrangea, ranunculus, stock, spray roses, mini calla lilies and seeded eucalyptus.

studio
There is a weird little room in my house that I attempt to use as a studio. Mainly it's a dumping ground for things that don't fit anywhere else and copious amounts of art supplies. It's a bit more organized now so maybe I will actually get down to working on projects.

berries
I keep seeing these fantastic berries around and I was of course curious so I finally picked a little sprig, did some googling and found out that they are porcelain berries, which is a vine related to grapes. I can't get over the amazing color variation on each branch!

getting back on track
It's been a rough couple weeks, work was the busiest it has ever been, I was sickly and I had a lot of out-of-town visitors which equated to very little down time. No art making happened, or blogging or cleaning etc etc. However my lovely mother was here this weekend and she helped me get the house back to being presentable! So I thought I would share the transformation my living room has made since moving in 8 months ago.
