strawberry muffins

After making these I learned to not add strawberries to muffins. The recipe insisted I could use anything but citrus and pineapple but the strawberries did not hold up very well. Sad day. They were tasty out of the oven, though!

Summerour

I just realized I haven't posted anything in a month! It's been hellacious at work. Which is good, since in the event business the winter gets sloooooow, so I gotta take it where I can get it.  So it's not that I don't have pictures to share, just that I have no time to do so. This wedding at Summerour was really gorgeous, lots of moss and a more "natural" look, which I feel ridiculous saying because we are talking flowers, but you know what I mean.

Blushing Bride

This flower is a blushing bride protea and I am obsessed! That sea of bouquets in the first picture all include it.
